Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aurelia Lighting. We ship across the United States — here's everything you need to know about getting your order to you.

Shipping costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $99.
  • Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of $9.95.

Processing & dispatch
We process orders Monday to Friday. Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. If an item takes a little longer to prepare, we'll note the estimated dispatch time on the product page and in your order confirmation. If you need an update, have a deadline, or need special handling, email us at support@aurelialighting.com.

Delivery times
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 8–15 business days, depending on your location. During busy periods such as sales and holidays, delivery can take an extra day or two due to higher order volumes and carrier demand.

Estimates & delays
All delivery times are estimates only. Occasionally, weather, carrier issues or other circumstances beyond our control can cause delays. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us at support@aurelialighting.com and we'll look into it for you.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update — that's normal.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched and assigned a tracking number, we're unable to change the address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll update it at no cost.

Shipping costs on returns
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and you return it for a change-of-mind reason (not due to a fault or our error), the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are fully covered — we pay all costs, including return shipping.
